The Contemporary Fabric Armchair with Ottoman is a modular seating solution designed for maximum relaxation – perfect for reading, napping, or watching movies. This set includes one L-shaped armchair (with a chaise-like extension on one side) and one square ottoman that can be used separately as a footrest or extra seat. The internal frame is constructed from solid rubberwood (Hevea brasiliensis), a sustainable hardwood that is kiln-dried and finger-jointed for stability. The frame is then wrapped in high-density polyurethane foam (25 kg/m³) and a thick layer of polyester wadding to create soft, rounded contours. The upholstery fabric is a premium chenille (100% polyester, 550 gsm) in a light beige color. Chenille is known for its velvety softness, durability (40,000 Martindale), and resistance to pilling. The fabric is also treated with a stain-repellent finish (C6). The L-shaped armchair has a wide, deep seat (65 cm width x 60 cm depth) and a high, scoop-shaped backrest that cradles your entire back. The left side (or right – please specify orientation when ordering) has an extended seat that serves as a chaise lounge. The armrests are low (18 cm from seat) and padded, allowing you to lounge sideways. The ottoman measures 50 cm x 50 cm x 42 cm height, with the same foam and fabric construction. Both pieces have removable seat cushions (zippered) and non-marking felt pads on the bottom. The legs are solid rubberwood with a dark espresso stain, and they screw into pre-installed metal plates.
