The Whiteboard Shell Office Chair is a minimal, stackable solution for spaces that require flexibility and easy cleaning, such as schools, conference rooms, or home offices with a modern aesthetic. The seat and back are formed as a single, continuous shell from high-impact polypropylene (PP) – the same material used for whiteboards, hence the name ‘whiteboard’ – because it can be written on with dry-erase markers and wiped clean. The shell has a smooth, glossy white finish. Its shape is ergonomically contoured: a slight scoop for the seat and a gentle curve for the lumbar region, with a cutout handle at the top for carrying. The shell is mounted on a solid oak wood base. The base consists of four turned oak legs (European oak, clear lacquer) that flare outward. Each leg ends in a 50 mm black hooded caster (two locking). The casters are non-marking and suitable for hard floors or low-pile carpet. The chair has no armrests and no height adjustment; the seat height is fixed at 48 cm. This simplicity makes it incredibly lightweight (5.5 kg) and stackable – up to 10 chairs can be stacked on a dolly.
